CHILDREN CELEBRATION

TAKE ME BACK. 

Back to the good old days,

the days we played with mud and clays.

The days of police and thief I mean;

where we played with dirt and departed unclean.

Behold the aroma of our SANDish soup,

then broomsticks helped us enjoy every scoop.

With love we played as a family in unity,

pretending to be Daddies and Mummies in reality.

Adulthood began tempering with our dreams,

just like black skins with bleaching creams.

we gradually parted to our separate ways; 

as PERCEIVED flaws finally led us astray.

Yes!.. 

May we go back to the olden days;

to our harmless talks and innocent plays. 

Back to the love we shared during our prime

while watching it stand the test of time.
